How Hughie Plus works.

Hughie Plus will look for jobs and fill in applications on the employer sites it supports. You will decide where to apply and submit each application yourself.

  1. Only see jobs that fit.

    Tell Hughie the work, pay, and place you want, and it will leave out the jobs that do not fit.

  2. Stop checking job boards every day.

    When Hughie finds new jobs that fit, it will email them to you at the time you choose.

  3. Your feedback will shape your search.

    Hughie will learn from the jobs you pass on and why. It will ask before it changes your job preferences.

  4. Show how your experience fits the job.

    Hughie will suggest resume edits using only your resume and what you tell it. You will choose which changes to keep.

  5. Let Hughie fetch your answers.

    Open a job's application on your computer. On employer sites Hughie supports, the Hughie browser extension will fetch your saved answers and resume and fill them in on the form. You will check the form and submit it yourself.

Save jobs on your phone and apply on your computer.

Hughie Plus will email you new jobs and answer your questions in chat. On your phone, choose I'm interested to save a job. Later, open Saved jobs on your computer and choose Apply with Hughie. On employer sites Hughie supports, the Hughie browser extension will fill in your saved answers, resume, and cover letter. You will check the form and submit it yourself. The extension will work in Chrome and Firefox on a computer.

Hughie plans to list jobs in occupations rated not exposed, minimal, or gradient 1, the lowest exposed level. The rating describes the tasks in an occupation today. It does not predict what will happen to a single job.
