About Hughie.

Hughie is a product of braid ai labs, LLC.

We started Job-ish to help our founder's brother find a job after college. We wanted to build the future of the job search, with an application tracker and an AI cover letter generator to help people get hired faster. Our homepage called it "the standard for the modern job search." By January 2025, the board had listed more than 10 million jobs in total. When one job seeker asked for a region filter, we added it that day.

Generative AI changed the job market quickly, so we rethought what we were building. Our goal is still to make job searches easier, with a free job board. Job-ish is now called Hughie. Its job source has changed, and the board now focuses on US jobs in occupations with lower measured exposure to generative AI. Its ratings come from the International Labour Organization's 2025 index.

Hughie Plus will be a paid service. It will email you new jobs that fit on days it finds matches, and it will prepare applications. On employer sites Hughie supports, its browser extension will fill in the application, and you will submit it yourself.
